1. Contract Formation & Booking Retainers

All commissions booked with ANISQ LTD (Company No. 17466151) are subject to these Terms & Conditions. A booking is formally confirmed only upon receipt of a 25% non-refundable retainer deposit and our signed digital commission agreement. The remaining balance is payable 14 calendar days prior to the shoot date.

2. Copyright and Licensing (UK CDPA 1988)

In accordance with the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988, ANISQ LTD retains exclusive statutory copyright in all photographs, raw captures, and video recordings.

• Private Clients (Weddings & Portraits): You receive an irrevocable, royalty-free personal reproduction licence allowing unlimited personal printing, duplication, and social media sharing.
• Commercial Clients: You receive the commercial digital usage licence stipulated in your specific written proposal.

3. Rescheduling and Adverse Weather

For outdoor portrait and lifestyle sessions, reschedule requests due to severe weather (heavy rainfall, gale-force winds) incur zero penalty fee. For wedding date movements, we will transfer your retainer to any mutually available new date within 12 months.

4. Limitation of Liability

In the unlikely event of extreme force majeure or total photographic failure caused by unforeseen camera corruption or catastrophic transit injury, our total liability is limited strictly to a full 100% refund of all monies paid.
